The seating has been removed as there may be complications with implementing pressure pads and it's probably better for people to stand up at the exhibit, it will add to the realism of the public transport simulator. Since there will be a sensor (shown below the projection screen in this image) I may need something to entice the visitor to come over and stand in the area at which the sensor is pointing. I could have a timetable or something attached to a bus stop, maybe home made or perhaps I could come to an agreement with the local council to provide some props.
When nothing is in the sensor's range, traffic drives past and there is a bus parked at the stop. As the user breaks the motion sensor/infrared detector, the bus drives away. After say, ten seconds, people start to accumulate at the stop, waiting for the bus. When the user moves away, a bus arrives and parks up again and the cycle continues ad infinitum.Say there were up to four people waiting on screen at any one time. For continuity purposes, I would need to film separate clips for four people getting on the bus, three people getting on etc. which play straight on from the normal stationary bus as it parks up. Alternatively maybe only one or two people at a time would get on the bus and the others wait for another bus (which doesn't actually ever come?). Maybe the people could arrive in the form of silhouettes projected onto the screen created within the Flash file.
